My New Statement Necklace

Hey girls! I am late night writer regarding this blog..most of the posts are made after midnight because that's when I find peace of mind to share my thoughts and ideas. Today's post is about Celebrity Skin's event at Underground boutique (Kolonaki). Celebrity skin's clothing are so unique and the designer couple was there welcoming us with warmth and wishes for the Holidays. You know how much I love statement necklaces and I can tell you that last night I got the most wonderful one from the event. The Greek designer is called Dionisis Piromalis and he is making jewelery also for the Celebrity Skin's runways. See for yourselves! It is THE statement necklace.

Hello Autumn!

Hey girls! Winter is still far away but autumn is here and I want to be found ready! So I sum up the four things I need. First of all you will need a black sweater with a funny print, mine has a smiling skull. For your makeup improvements you definitely need Gurlain's Kohl powder for smoky eyes (Arabic style!!!) and the absolute black nail polish from Chanel. It is a custom in Greek Christening the godmother to give a gold id bracelet to the child. This bracelet always stays in boxes for years. Oui Ring + Gold Bangles

Hey girls! As I mentioned on a previous post I love gold rings that have words on like the love ring here ! I always wanted the oui ring which I finally found accidentally in a jewelery shop during my summer holidays on Aegina island. Since then, I wear it everyday! I got some gold bangles too which look extremely well on my sun kissed skin.

Hey girls...! I remember when I was 12, my mother bought a kind of gypsy/ethnic maxi skirt. Do you know what I did? I wore it girls and I went out. The skirt was bigger than me : ) now that I am thinking of that day I see that people were looking at me very weird..now after many many years I found a new skirt addiction !!

The Love Ring

Hey girls!!! my last obsession is wearing two rings, one on index and one on ring finger or one on middle finger and one one ring finger. It's my new thing..I really like it, it's classy, it's rock , it's alternative! My favorite rings are those that have words on them, like "love" or Dior's Oui ring ( I don't have it girls but I'll make a replica one!) Last year on an often impulse buying I got a love ring from accessorize and I wore it till it turned into black. A friend took it and fixed for me and now it's gold again (real this time) and I love love love wearing it...!!

Why We Girls Love Bangles

Hey girls!! You know I' ve been thinking why we love wearing bangles so much?? It's because are on fashion or there is something else that attracts us so much..I am talking for all kinds of bangles plastic, wooden, rubber, silver, steel..I asked my girlfriends who love to wear all sorts of them and I got this answer, "We just wear them, cause we like it" (how enlightened...) So (as usual) I came to my on conclusions. We love them, we wear them because the make us feel so feminine, we move our hands and they"glink glink"(I love the sound), covering our arms make us feel like ancient goddesses, we feel fabulous with these little things even when they are worn at the beach !! Don't u agree?

Emerald, the New Black

Really..tell me what happens when you go shopping...Do you stick to black again and again?? Well girls I stick too....this time I was determined to surprise myself by saying No! to black. I love it but my wardrobe is full of it and nobody pays attention if you wear black so often ,even if it's something new. So I turned to Emerald. If you like "vintage" colours is a good choice. You can wear an emerald top with your black skinny trousers or fake leather leggings or if you pick a dress use opaque tights. You can also choose emerald earrings to highlight your total black outfit (like Angelina Jolie does). Well, you can have your doubts regarding your hair colour, does it match with emerald?? I'd say , why not? Just pay attention to your eye make up and the colours you are about to use,I would suggest bronze and light brown for the blonde ones, grey and bronze eyeshadow brown for the brunettes and grey and black pencil for the redheads. Girls, you can also chose the safer choice, smokey eyes :)
